Dogs on leashes at swimming hole. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times around the swimming hole.

Motor bikes restricted to downstream sections only of the river. Bikes must be road licensed. This is a shared environment. Please be aware that pedestrians, bicycles, horse riders, other vehicles and wildlife share this environment, so please use common sense.

Camping only where signposted.

Fires not permitted under any circumstances.

Hunting or use of firearms including air rifles is not permitted under any circumstances.

Parts of the riverbed are in private ownership - please respect this. Please also be aware that this section of the river is crucial spawning grounds for native fish and the riverbed provides breeding areas for birds.
